For all Ultimaker items, we offer free FedEx ground shipment. For all other consumable items, we offer flat rate shipping on your order. For all other items, you can request a quote and we can provide the shipping costs to you in the quote.

If you would like to ship collect on your account, please call us at 352-612-0080 to provide us with your carrier account number.
For our customers in the United States we accept credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa) or bank transfer.
If you wish to pay with a purchase order, please contact info@dimension.works to apply for credit terms.
If you have a tax exemption status, please contact info@dimension.works to provide documentation.

Orders generally ship the next business day. We will provide you with tracking information via e-mail once your order has shipped.
Once you’ve submitted your order, you will need to contact us to make any changes or modifications. If the order has already been shipped, the order cannot be changed.
