Raise3D RMS220 Series is a powerful selective laser sintering (SLS) production system, optimized for productivity and stability with ease of use and maintenance. It enables the high speed printing of engineering plastics and composites. When running at full capacity, the max throughput for parts can reach up to 5kg/day allowing the users to produce end-use parts efficiently. The Raise3D RMS220 Series Standard Package include Printer with Build Unit 220, Cleaning Station C220-P, and one-year warranty.

The RMS220 is equipped with a 75W 1064nm high-power laser and an industrial-grade high-precision galvanometer, with a scanning speed of up to 30,000 mm/s.

External Cooling and Fast Switching
The Build Unit 220 cools down to <100°C in just 30 minutes, allowing external cooling without occupying printer resources. This allows for quick switching to a second build unit to start the next print immediately. Space-Efficient Design: Despite its large build size, the RMS220 maintains a compact footprint of just 0.58 square meters, saving valuable floor space.

It meets diverse user needs, from small batch production to the design and development of medium and large parts.
